ARE THE UNITS SANITIZED REGULARLY AND THOROUGHLY?
Yes! All of our units are cleaned upon delivery at the event location.
HOW MANY CHILDREN CAN PLAY IN A UNIT AT ONE TIME?
Unit Occupancy will vary from unit depending on size and capacity. The rental agreement and rules for operation will be provided to you and will state the number of users allowed on the equipment you rent. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to be provided with any information that will help make your event both safe and memorable.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE MY UNITS?
ASAP. No deposit required. All we need is the choice of slide, contact phone number, date needed and the address it will be going to be put on the schedule.
HOW DO I REQUEST A QUOTE?
Please fill out the contact form on website. If you need to contact by text or phone, Brandon's number is (850)860-1689 after 12PM. Nikki handles the scheduling and can be contacted after 2PM at (850)614-8446.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Cash is preferred but we are able to accept Venmo payments. A $20 charge will be applied to the Venmo payments to cover extra app and transfer fees.
DO YOU DELIVER AND SET UP YOUR UNITS ON TIME?
Yes. Unexpected things do occur sometimes, but we try our best to stay in good communication with our customers and give as much of an accurate arrival time as possible. Most deliveries are made on Fridays after 12PM and picked up on Sunday mornings or afternoons, depending on time of event.
AM I EXPECTED TO TIP?
If you feel that the delivery team, especially the kids, are doing a FANTASTIC job, FEEL FREE! (If not, CALL ME!)
DO WE REQUIRE AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES TO MONITOR THE USE OF UNITS?
YES! Using the units improperly can result in injury. We require an adult to ensure safety rules are followed and the event doesn't end in injury.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
We rent out as a flat rate for the weekend and know Florida's weather is unpredictable. We ask for a 24 hour notice of cancellation, if possible.
CAN UNITS BE SET UP INDOORS?
No, we need securely attach the slides to the ground and are unable to do that on anything but a grassy, open area.
DO RENTALS HAVE TO BE SET UP ON GRASS?
Yes. Please ensure the area is open, free of power lines or large tree branches overhead and have all pet feces removed before slide is delivered. We also need to ensure gate access is wide enough to push the rolled up slide through.
DO WE ALLOW FOOD, BEVERAGES OR PETS ON SLIDES?
No. To ensure that we keep our units clean, safe, and to the highest standards, we can not allow any food, beverages or pets as it will compromise the integrity and safety of the unit.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE THE UNIT?
If the inflatable is damaged due to roughhousing or negligence, the customer will be responsible for the cost to repair or the full price of the slide.
